Even though it wasn't required by her parents Perry heard all kinds of music, which was offered to her by her friends, as she had an interest in music at the very beginning. As an outspoken person and a strong believer in the desire to be an artist, and pursued the goals she had set. When she first received a break, she had to face several challenges. She did not achieve success in the first place. When she first signed with 'Capitol ' Records' numerous of her tracks had to be relegated. Her studio album "One of the Boys" was a big hit that marked a significant turning point in the career of the singer. She was now professionally singing and has never looked back after. Her next album 'Teenage Dreams has won the hearts of the masses of music lovers, and quickly became one of the bestselling albums ever. Katy Perry was firmly established as a performer thanks to the record-breaking album. Perry is known not just for writing music and recording them, but as well for her charity work, has a wide range of interests. She's also a proponent of the rights of gays.
