Firefly is Whedon his next major TV show that is a huge success. The actress must have made an indelible impression because the one episode that she appeared on led to her becoming a star. Her River Tam character was complex and Glau was able to handle it. Tam was a character who Tam was forced to take part in tests conducted by the government, that required her to become an assassin. Tam was unable to control her emotions due to. The show Firefly Glau was able to show off not just her acting skills but her ability to fight. The fact that she was training to become an assassin gave Glau to show off her athletic skills. Summer Glau has been a ballerina from the age of a child. Summer Glau's dance skills encompass tango, flamenco and many other styles. A fractured toe ended her career. Firefly was on only for one season, yet it had a large fanbase. So passionate that Whedon came back to the show a couple of years later. Summer Glau was still getting good work during the time.
